Project Finance

A CC / Cash Credit is a short-term cash loan to a company. A bank provides this type of funding, but only after the required security is given to secure the loan. Working Capital Loan / Agri Term Loan
A working capital loan is not used to buy long term assets or investments. Instead it's used to clear up accounts payable, wages, etc. In many cases, companies are unable to generate the revenue needed to meet expenses incurred by day-to-day business operations. In such circumstances, companies may apply for a working capital loan. Unlike most other business loans that allow companies to acquire capital in order to expand, a working capital loan covers only expenses incurred by existing capital and human resources (e.g. utilities, rents, payroll, etc.). Working capital loans are generally granted only to companies with a high credit rating, and are only meant to be used until a company can generate enough revenue to cover its own expenses.

LARR(Loan Against Rent Receivable)/DOD(Drop Line OverDraft)
It is a loan that one can take against the future rental income of their property.This type of loan is generally available to individuals who own a property that has been rented out to blue chip companies, multinational companies and public sector companies. However, certain banks offer this loan only to those individuals who own commercial property.
An overdraft is a facility granted to you whereby you can overdraw your current account up to an agreed limit. Overdraft is an efficient form of borrowing as you pay interest only for the time you use the money. It gives you flexibility. You can at any time deposit money into the account to reduce the outstanding balance or can draw out money whenever you need it as long as you do not exceed the limit. Interest is calculated daily on the fluctuating outstanding balance and is normally charged at the end of each month.
